I specialize in bringing complex, abstract projects to life, and I'm adept at taking existing reins or turning around underperforming departments. I'm a seasoned, polished, and professional Software Development & Technology leader: fluent in the entire software development chain, with deep experience in every hands-on aspect, in addition to being a mature people-manager who leads and mentors with compassion and empathy. I live in the space between boardroom and IDE and pride myself on ensuring that both the suits and the geeks feel heard, encouraged, and that their needs are being addressed.

I have a special affinity for all-things VR/AR/XR/metaverse, have been using them regularly since 2013, and as my primary work computer interface since 2019.
